Deepening expertise for the teams and strengthening teams: A day with Hatem Algraffee

I was absolutely delighted today to welcome one of the most sought-after speakers in the dental industry, Specialist Periodontist Hatem Algraffee, to lead an engaging and incredibly relevant day of learning focused on periodontal diagnosis, treatment, and clinical protocols. Hosted at the Stirling Court Hotel, this session was a standout moment in our clinician’s ongoing journey of professional development and excellence at Infinityblu.

Our Dentists, Therapists, and Hygienists from all 12 Infinityblu practices gathered for what was a rewarding learning experience. The day’s content focused on the practical realities of gum disease—diving deep into the categorisation, diagnosis, and long-term management of periodontal conditions. It was an opportunity not just to listen, but to actively engage, reflect, create new protocols, and apply best practices that will have an immediate impact on the care we provide

We are incredibly grateful to Hatem for generously sharing his expertise, clinical insights, and passion for periodontology. His delivery was pitched at the perfect level, clear, inspiring, and engaging from start to finish—making even complex topics accessible, enjoyable and relevant to every clinician in the room. The ability to translate deep knowledge into practical application is a rare talent, and Hatem does it brilliantly.

At Infinityblu, we believe that ongoing professional development is essential. Sessions like this are part of our unwavering commitment to investing in the growth of our teams, enhancing clinical confidence, and staying at the forefront of Scottish Dentistry. It’s how we ensure that our patients continue to receive the highest standards of care.

But what’s equally important is how these days bring us together as a team. When our clinicians from across different practices meet, share ideas, and learn together, we strengthen the collaborative culture that is central to who we are at Infinityblu. It’s about more than just knowledge—it’s about community, connection, and shared purpose, all for the benefit of the patients.

We know that developing skills is not a one-off event—it’s a continuous journey. That’s why we’re committed to creating regular opportunities like today, where our teams can learn from some of the best in the field, challenge their thinking, and return to practice reinvigorated and better equipped to serve our patients.

A HUGE Infinityblu thank you to Hatem once again for inspiring us all. And thank you to our teams for showing up with the drive to learn, openness, and the wil to be better every day.

Investing in learning is investing in our people, our patients, and the future of dentistry. At Infinityblu, that’s a responsibility—and a privilege—we’re proud to lead with.
